Corporate/Group Events

Closed races, reserved time slots, priority over public racers

Come visit our exciting and challenging indoor track with your employees, friends or coworkers. Whether you’re a seasoned racer or have never tried it before, you’ll love the thrill of going head to head against other racers and leaving them in the dust!

Events can last from 1 1/2 hours to 2 1/2 hours depending on the package purchased and whether the event is catered. Outside food and beverage are not permitted. We have an extensive catering menu we would be happy to provide you with. Please make sure your guests are aware of all of our policies and arrive in proper attire.

All bookings are made on a first come, first serve basis. Reservation required. We simply need a $100 – $250 deposit to hold a date and time for you. Call us today at 302-656-5278 to leave your deposit and reserve your event. No coupons, specials, gift cards, or other discounts may be combined with our event packages.

Within 48 hours of your event, please provide us with a guarantee number of people attending and racing. Once that guarantee number is given, we will not reduce the number of racers on your check due to scheduling reasons. If we are not contacted, you will be charged for the number first provided.  Group Event races packages can not be split.  If you schedule a 3 race package and only do 1 of those races, you will still be charged for the 3 race pack. We are happy to reschedule your event if needed.  However cancelations within 14 days will forfeit deposit.  Cancelations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of event total.  Rescheduled events forgo the grace periods allotted above.
